Nose sprays and drops

Another potential solution to snoring caused by clogged noses is the use of nasal sprays or drops. These work to reduce the nasal passages swelling and make the mucous membranes softer. The relief is temporary and some products are more effective than others but in any case, it is wise to consult your doctor about the use of nasal sprays.

Keep in mind that long term use of these sprays and drops can cause addiction in which your nose membranes will be sealed shut without the use of these substances. Reversing this effect can result in surgery.
